JZO Terms & Conditions

At JZO, we take a sustainable approach to production, operating on a low-to-zero inventory model. This means each garment is made specifically for you upon placing an order. Our standard production timeline is 2 to 7 business days, excluding shipping time. However, production times may vary based on the complexity of the design and the total volume of items in your order. If you need an expedited order, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

Custom Orders

For special requests, modifications, or fully custom-made pieces, please reach out to us to discuss your requirements and book an appointment.

Returns & Exchanges

JZO does not offer refunds. However, we accept exchanges on unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged full-price items within 20 days of the shipping date, provided that all original tags are attached. Exchanges will be for the same item and are subject to availability.

Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

• If the item arrives damaged

• If the wrong size was sent

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. Please contact us for more information.

When you use a direct payment gateway, your payment data is stored securely for as long as necessary to complete the transaction and is then deleted. JZO does not store credit card details.
