All JZO products are shipped from Nigeria.

• RTW orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. excluding shipping time. However, production times may vary based on the complexity of the design and the total volume of items in your order. If you need an expedited order, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.

Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• DHL Express (International)

• Europe & North America: 3-4 business days

• Rest of the world: 4-6 business days

• Redstar (Nigeria only): 24 – 48 hours 

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local regulations, or payment verification delays.

TAXES & DUTIES

All international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, meaning customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes charged by their destination country. These charges vary by location and order weight.

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated shipping charge, but we advise confirming import duties with your local customs office to avoid unexpected costs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once shipped, we’ll provide tracking information and an estimated delivery date. If we require additional verification, our team will reach out before processing your order.
