  • Product Origin: All JZO products are shipped from Nigeria.
  • Processing Time: RTW orders are processed and shipped within 2–7 business days (excluding shipping time). Production times may vary based on design complexity and order volume. For expedited orders, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order.
  • Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
    • DHL Express (International): Europe & North America – 3–4 business days; Rest of the world – 4–6 business days.
    • Redstar (Nigeria only): 24–48 hours.
